More news on that PsGroove thingy, seems its never going to end does it.... anyhow here it is now available for Pic 18Fx micro controllers, there used in lots of things, are popular & have built in USB port, so should be easy to get hold of one for next to nothing. We have the full guides but last time we posted them we ran out of bandwith so we going to have think about that one :p

Currently the code is a little rough, you might have to reset a few times for it to work, due to the fact the PIC really is slower family of micro-controllers, but I sure it will be improved by others, but it is truely a step in the right direction, since it looks like the Atmel factorys will be not able to supply the sudden demand of chips for Blackcat or Teensy boards for at least 16 weeks, once the next batch of orders already paid for are processed and shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: Currently the attached files are just source code, you need to be able to use this program: CCS compiler V4.112 to compile the code into an .HEX file, but this program is NOT FREE, plus the chip does not have a pre-programed boot-loader, so you need to have a PIC programmer also or build one.
But I sure you see people assembling all the goodies soon, and making a package for you to buy, ready to go!
Our many thanks to MmUeRtTe for bringing the news to my attention!
Here link to the original author's thread, but sadly this famous Spanish site is being hammered with traffic due to this release, plus their work on a working PSP port: http://www.elotrolado.net/hilo_investigacion-psjailbreak-usando-un-microchip-18f2550_1479909_s460
