Thought I would mirror this as this subject is of great interest to me and any improvements or information is very useful, until now I have been using a laserjet and a crappy modded Asda laminator which has worked ok, also tried a few other methods (Maplins kits are sh*t, woman moan about ovens etc.). Thanks to the constant failure of Epson printers in my other job I have quite a few of them lying about so I will be trying this soon. This mod uses a Epson R260 and a ATiny 13 microcontroller (fools errors) to print the PCBs, apprantly inkjet ink is a very good resist, just as well as its so cheap by liter (I mean black is black right?)
