Microsoft tackles cracked Windows 7 copies

A post on a Sunday? you was well lucky you got 1 on a Saturday, hence why theres only 1 ( so far anyhow). M$ are releasing a update to detect and counter a number of known cracks/hacks/patchs.

"The update to Windows Activation Technologies (WAT), the anti-piracy software formerly known as Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA), will be posted to Microsoft's download site on February 17, and offered as an optional upgrade via Windows Update later this month, where it will be tagged as 'important'."
